Our Delight

Our Delight:

Blessed is the man

Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly

Nor stands in the path of sinners

Nor sits in the seat of the scornful

But his delight is in the Law of the Lord

And in his Law he meditates day and night”

(Psalm 1:1, 2, NKJV).

Our counsel is our Father in heaven, Jesus His only begotten Son, and the Holy Spirit through the Holy Scriptures. We do not pay heed to the “knowledge” of the ungodly, the world, those who have made earth their home (our home is not of this world). We do not walk the path, the road of knowledge, the way of the sinner, for their path leads to destruction. And we do not sit and watch, listen, and take delight in the seat of those who are scornful, defiant and hateful toward God and His Authority.

Our Delight is in the Law of the Lord. We take pleasure in His Holy Word. We bathe in His Goodness. Day and night we meditate, study, consume His Mighty and Powerful Holy Word. So, then we are Blessed.

Enthroned in Praise

Enthroned in Praise:

Your glory is here,

Your power is great,

Your Spirit shines,

And You are never late.

Blessed be the name of the Lord,

Blessed is the Lord Most High,

Blessed is the Ancient of Days,

Blessed are You, oh God!”

The above is taken from the story, “The Garden” from, “The Caleb Chronicles”.

Here Caleb sings a song of praise to the Timeless-One, the Lord Most High. This is one thing we must remember to do every day, praise and worship the Lord. I know, we get busy with our jobs, school and families, but we can still praise the Lord. Remember, He can hear our whispers, our shouts and our thoughts. Praise Him on the way to work, praise Him on the way to school, praise Him waiting on the doctor and absolutely praise Him in line at the checkout.

You can think on the praises, sing and even hum His praises, and while you do a smile will come on your face and people will think you’re on something.

And lastly, as you praise the Timeless-One, He will be in your very words, your hums, your thoughts, whispers of praise and your shouts of worship. The Timeless-One dwells in, resides in, and inhabits the praises of His people. Wow, right!?

Psalm 22:3But You are holy, Enthroned in the praises of Israel.

Deuteronomy 10:21 "He is your praise, and He is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome things which your eyes have seen.

Hold the Weak

Hold the Weak:

When Caleb got to the temple yard, Wah’li’si and Eli’Zur were already there waiting for him. Caleb greeted Eli’Zur with a hug, and then Eli’Zur said, “What are we going to do?”

Caleb answered, “Fast and wait on the Lord. We will know tomorrow at noon.”

Plague will not see another midnight,” said Eli’Zur.

Wah’li’si then prayed a prayer of protection over Jessica and Petra.

All three lifted their hands as she prayed:

Mighty God, ruler of the universe and beyond.

Strong in battle, power with no end.

With the hands that hold the lightning, hold the weak.

With the arms that threw the stars in space, hold the weak.

With the breast that holds the breath of life, hold the weak.

Selah. Amen.”

The above is taken from, “The Garden” from, “The Caleb Chronicles”.

Caleb and his holy regime are waiting on the Timeless-One. That’s hard to do isn’t it? To wait, I hate to wait, just being honest here. We have gotten that way as a society, everything has to be fast and now. We have fast food, fast internet, fast and “smart” phones. If we have to wait for more than sixty seconds for anything our blood pressure climbs to astronomical heights.

It’s that way when we pray as well. Someone needs healing, we need financial help or what have you, and we pray, “God you know our needs, so we just pray that you will meet our needs. Oh, and we need this by Wednesday. We wait on you Lord.” True? We give God a time limit. And why do so many prayers have the word, “just” in them, so many times? “Just”, wondering.

The Timeless-One is in control, He knows what we need, when we need it, even before we ask.

Mat 6:8 "Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.

Wah’li’si prays a prayer for the weak. We should never forget those who are weak physically and spiritually. And remember, those who are lost, those who don't know Jesus are the weakest of all. So, let's pray for the weak. Let's love the weak, let's laugh with them and cry with them, and be there for them. Let's show them Jesus, let's give the weak the strength that's in His love.

The Black Dome

The Black Dome:

They have been blinded, blinded by the darkness. They are spiritually blinded to the Truth. Darkness has blinded them with their dark light of evil,” replied Caleb.

Eli’Zur spoke again. “Be on your guard. Be sober in mind and in heart. The evil inside that dome is powerful and will try to deceive you. They will try to entice you, seduce you, and trick you. They will try to kill you. They do this in vain. The Timeless-One has given us a spirit of discernment and power. Inside the dome the spirit world becomes physical for us. You will be able to see and hear the tormenting demons. Fear not! The Timeless-One is with us. Use the Spirit sword. Speak the words of the Timeless-One.

Stay strong. All will be well. This rescue will not fail!” The men stood to their feet and clapped and shouted with excitement.

The above is from the story, “The Black Dome”, from The Caleb Chronicles.

In the story, “The Black Dome”, the black dome represents the world. The world has been blinded by Satan's dark lies, so that they believe that his lies are truth.

In the story, “The Black Dome”, Caleb and his holy regime go in to the black dome to rescue their friends. We although live in a black dome but we are not part of it. The demons in the story, “The Black Dome” attack Caleb and his men with fire-balls, curses, spitting vomit and so on. But, to get people to want to dwell in the black dome the demons entice, seduce, deceive and trick them in to thinking this is right, normal and true.

The Black Dome we live in does the same thing. The way our black dome tries to entice, seduce, deceive, trick and tempt us is through, movies, television, music, teachers, government, and even the pulpit. Pushing, teaching and even mandating evolution, homosexuality, abortion, sex outside of marriage, and the list goes on.

Remember we have a mission just as Caleb and his men did. Our mission is to rescue the unsaved from this Black Dome we live in by sharing Jesus with them. Right? Let's do it!

So, as Eli'Zur said to the men from, “The Black Dome”; “Fear not! The Timeless-One is with us. Use the Spirit sword. Speak the words of the Timeless-One. Stay strong. All will be well. This rescue will not fail!”

Mark 16:15And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.

A Prayer of Caleb

A Prayer of Caleb:

Oh, Timeless-One,

I am here. You are here.

You called; I came.

You touched my soul

With the holy ember

And filled my eyes with fire.

I know You know

My heart, Your temple.

Selah. Amen!

The above is a prayer from, “The Sound of Silence” from The Caleb Chronicles.

The buildings we see on street corners that have signs that read out front, “First Baptist Church”, “First Assembly of God”, and so on, are places for the Church to gather. The followers of Christ are the Church, not the buildings. Now, the cool thing is, your body, my body, our bodies are the Temple of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit resides in each one of our bodies. Amazing! So, the Church gathers in buildings to learn about and worship the Timeless-One our God, and each part of the Church body has within them, which is the Temple of the Holy Spirit . . . the Holy Spirit. Wow!

Selah, I.H.G.

1Co 6:19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?

The Illusion of Good:

The Illusion of Good

The Reality of Me

Why do bad things happen to good people? That is the question. The answer is, “Good” is just an illusion on this planet. We are all born with the sin nature, and none of us are good. No. not one.

My thoughts are rarely in-line with God's.

I have been known to cause gossip to grow in strength, and to tell a little “white” lie to put me in a better light.

I have even became angry when I didn't get my way, and love for my neighbor is not always in me.

I speed in my car when I am running late, and I have kept the change when I knew they gave me too much.

I have been impatient, hateful, unloving, rude, spiteful, unkind and down-right mean.

Blessing and cursing has come from my mouth, and to turn away when I see the homeless has become habit.

I have talked about people and ignored people, instead of loving, caring and praying for them.

What I want to do I don't do, and what I don't want to do, I do.

I may not have physically murdered anyone, but if I don't love people, show them the Love of Christ, give them the Love of Christ, then I have murdered in my heart, and it's just the same as doing it . . . . I believe.

This is the reality of me, and good is all an illusion. Jesus says:

Mar 10:18 So Jesus said to him, "Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God.

A Satanic Interview

Hope this doesn't come off preachy.
A Satanic Interview:
HOST: All right! Let’s move on. You have many names you go by. Why?
SATAN: One word: deception! Or you could call it confusion. Maybe distraction. You see, most people can’t openly, knowingly worship me. They have a problem with the name Satan. As you know, if a person doesn’t worship God, they have to worship someone. It’s human, your human need to worship. See if you can recognize any of my aliases: Beelzebub, Bail, Kali, Cernunnos, Baphomet, Krishna, Buddha, Pan, Zeus, Earth, Money . . . Self.
And the list goes on and on and on. The funny thing is, they’re all me. If you don’t worship God, you worship me! ME!
HOST: So, your main objective is to turn and keep people away fromGod, and eventually kill them. Is this correct?
SATAN: That is correct.
The above is from, “The Vision of a Satanic Interview” from The Caleb Chronicles.
This was a strange one to write. Caleb is allowed to see a vision of a talk show of all things, where the host interviews Satan. Weird. Here the host questions Satan about his many names he goes by. There are many, many more that could be added to this list, such as, entertainment, food, sex and as Satan says from the interview, “And the list goes on and on and on”.
Bob Dylan had a song out many years ago that went, “It might be the devil, or it might be the Lord, but your still gonna have to serve somebody.”
Jesus said,
Luke 16:13  "No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon."
Does this sound a little harsh? Jesus pulls no punch's. Whatever we hold as most important in our lives, whatever we constantly think about, whatever we can't seem to live without; if we hold or put anything above God, above or before His Word, above or in place of Heart-Linking (Praying) to the Timeless-One our Father in heaven then, well, we're not worshiping, or serving Him. And, if it's not God . . . . then . . .

Bless Me:

Bless me? Should we ask God, "Bless me well. Bless me abundantly.' ? Why not?
Selah, I.H.G.

Holy, holy, holy:

Holy, Holy, Holy:

Caleb took a few steps away from the others and turned to face them. He lifted his hands, palms up, and said, “Stand still and listen.” A white light came down from heaven and covered them all. Then they could hear an angelic choir singing:

Holy, holy, holy,

The Lord is full of Glory.

Oh, Holy Warrior

You alone are holy.

The above is taken from, “The Garden” from, The Caleb Chronicles.

Stand still and listen.” That's a tough one, right? That's hard to do, when I feel things have got to get done, now. I feel I'm always in a hurry. I'm always looking at my watch, just ask my wife. Sometimes or, most times maybe all the time we need to stand still and listen. Listen for the Voice of the Lord. Listen for His leading, His direction, His will. Then grab hold of His peace, His joy, His delight.

Being in a hurry, rushing around to get someplace or wondering how this or that is going to get done is a form of worry. What does Yeshuah Jesus say about worry?

Mat 6:25-34 "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

"Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?

"Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?

"So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin;

"and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

"Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

"Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?'

"For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

So, let's make up our minds to “Stand still and listen”. Then, just maybe we can even hear the roar of the angelic choir from heaven singing, “Holy, holy, holy.” Have you ever wondered why in the book of Revelation we read, “Holy, holy, holy”. One holy, is for the Holy Father, the second is for the Holy Son, and third is for the Holy Spirit. Awesome, right?

Worthy?

Worthy?

Servant replied saying, “I’m not worthy. I’m not worthy of such a gift.” “The Timeless-One has chosen you. None of us is worthy. Not one. Take the gift; the fire is yours,” said Caleb “I accept, I accept,” cried Servant.

Then a light came down from heaven and covered Servant, and out of the light came the voice of the Timeless-One thundering, “Now, Servant you are mine. Breathe the fire and live.”

Servant looked up with a glow on his face and eyes full of light.

The above is from the story, “The Fire” from The Caleb Chronicles.

How many times have we said this very thing, or heard someone else say it? Well, it's true. None of us are worthy of forgiveness, salvation, redemption. That's where God's grace comes in. That's where God's Gift, His only begotten Son, Jesus steps in. The thing is, we have to accept God's Gift. We have to reach out and take it, accept it, and receive His Gift as our very own, knowing we are not worthy it.

Rom 3:23, 24 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

We have all sinned, and do sin. We have all fallen short of God's glory, God's kabod', His brightness and splendor. But, we are justified, acquitted, found innocent, proved guiltless, cleared of all wrong doing, freely by His grace, His Favor, His goodness, and great kindness, through the redemption, through the ransom, through the purchasing back of the lost ones, us the sinners that is in Christ Jesus. Amen, Selah

Worthy? No. Acquitted? Yes.

Heaven's Kiss

Heavens' Kiss

Caleb said, “Gather around and lift up holy hands.” They all came in close together and lifted their hands toward heaven. Caleb said,

When morning breaks, You greet us with heaven’s kiss.

At the heart of noonday, it’s the shade of heaven’s wings.

When night falls,

Your songs of love and grace comfort us.”

The above is from, “Corridors” from my book, The Caleb Chronicles.

Heavens' Kiss? Yeah, well. I know, this one is a little out there. Let me see if I can explain.

Psalm 85:10 Lovingkindness and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

Psalm 17:8 Keep me as the apple of the eye; Hide me in the shadow of Your wings

Where does lovingkindness and truth come from? They come from Jesus. Jesus is Truth (John 14:6). Righteousness and Peace; Righteousness is what? Being in right standing with the Father. Peace comes from Jesus Christ.

James 3:18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

Mat 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.

Those who desperately want to be in right standing with God so much that they feel they can't live without it, the Father will fill them with Righteousness.

2Th 3:16 Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all.

John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Jesus gives us HIS peace. We in ourselves do not possess any peace. Jesus gives us peace, for He is the Lord of peace.

Psalm 42:8 The LORD will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, And in the night His song shall be with me; A prayer to the God of my life.

Psalm 118:14 The LORD is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation.

What is God's song? What song is the LORD? Whatever song comes to mind when you feel like praising the Lord. In times of despair God puts a song of comfort in your, mine, our heart. I believe, “God Gave Rock-n-Roll to You” is God's song, lol. There is power in music and there is Great Power in music that praises God.

Psalm 22:3 But You are holy, Enthroned in the praises of Israel.

Not only is He our Song, but He sits Enthroned in our praises. WOW!

So, when we are in right standing with Father God, the Timeless-One, Jesus the Word fills us with HIS Peace, so then yours, mine, our hearts are neither troubled nor afraid. He hides us from evil with His mighty wings, so then we are comforted by our Song, Jesus.

I kind of drifted from the kiss of heaven a little bit. Back in Psalm 85:10 it said, “Righteousness and Peace have kissed.”

Psalm 85:10 Lovingkindness and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

I like to think, every morning, those who are in Right Standing with the Timeless-One are greeted with a kiss on the forehead from the Lord of Peace, Jesus as He says, “Wake, My child, My friend, for this is the day I have made. Now, rejoice and be glad in it.” Just a thought.

I.H.G.

I.H.G.:

From out of the light and out of the humming came a voice saying, “Caleb, my friend, you are always in My grip.”

The above is from, “The Invitation” from The Caleb Chronicles.

Here the Timeless-One assures Caleb that He is always with him, that He has got hold of him and won't let go. That is good to know. Right?

Psalm 73:23 Nevertheless I am continually with You; You hold me by my right hand.

Psalm 91:4 He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.

Mat 28:18-20 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

"teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.

Joshua 1:5 "No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you.

Mar 9:27 But Jesus took [a strong grip of] his hand and began lifting him up, and he stood. (AMP)

Always remember the Timeless-One has a Strong Grip on us. He won't let go, unless we force Him to. He will NEVER leave us nor Forsake us. And, with a Strong Grip of His right hand He lift's us up so we can stand. He will NEVER lose His Grip on us.

When I remember, I sign everything with the word, “Selah”, then I.H.G.

Selah means; to pause and reflect on, to think on, dwell on, meditate on what you just read or heard.

I.H.G. stands for, In His Grip.

Blessings Multiplied, Selah, I.H.G.
