God's Heart

"Caleb reread the letter several times, and then went back to heart-linking with the Timeless-One.
At first, Caleb did not want to go see Mr. Wizard, nor did he want to talk with him. He did not want to be near where he lived at all. But, out of concern for the people of High Rock he decided to go and hear what Mr. Wizard had to say. Caleb lifted his hands and his eyes toward heaven and said, “Oh Timeless-One, Your will be done. My heart says go. What does Your heart say?” The Timeless-One answered Caleb saying, “Caleb, my friend, go to Mr. Wizard for he loves darkness and hates the Light. He clings to evil and curses Love. Before he causes one of my little ones to fall, you must go.” Caleb fell to his knees in worship."
This is taken from "The Invitation" from my book, "The Caleb Chronicles". How many times have we reread a letter or re-listened to a phone message. We knew what had to be done, but we didn't want to do it. So, we go to God in prayer, looking for the answer we want to hear. Instead we hear the voice of the Lord say, "Go." "Ah, man!" we say. When we should fall to our knees and worship, for the Lord has spoken. We know what our heart says, but it's what Gods heart says that matters. Heart-link with the Timeless-One, he'll tell you. Follow His heart, not yours.
Selah, I.H.G.

“Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly
Nor stands in the path of sinners
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful
But his delight is in the Law of the Lord
And in his Law he meditates day and night”
 Psalm 1:1, 2 NKJV

As he lifted his hands and eyes to the Timeless-One, he opened his mouth. Although there were no words, a smoke like vapor rose from him. This is the incense of the heart-link to the Timeless-One. The heart-link is a very sacred and important practice for the people of High Rock. A people set apart from the rest of the world for the service and worship of the Timeless-One."

The above is taken from the first chapter/story of my book "The Caleb Chronicles". When I think of Psalms 1, I can't help but think how many times I walk, stand and sit among those who are ungodly, among those who disrespect the Lord of all, and say nothing. I will go as far as. . . how many times do I watch TV shows that slander Gods good name and don't turn it off? Our delight should be in Gods word and meditating on it day and night.
In "The Caleb Chronicles" Caleb and the people of High Rock pray to God the Timeless-One in a very unique and intimate way called heart-link. Heart-linking is you getting into God and God getting into you. Knowing Gods will, knowing Gods joy and knowing Gods heart. When you are in that deep of prayer or heart-link Gods presence and power is awesome.  Heart-link with the Timeless-One daily and hourly. Heart-link with-out ceasing.  I.H.G.

The Caleb Chronicles is book I just finished writing. Right now you can get it at Amazon.com in the Kindle format (for now). I am working on other avenues at the present. So, I thought I would set up this blog and give you a taste of "The Caleb Chronicles"
"The Caleb Chronicles" is a christian/fantasy/scifi/spiritual warfare book. Kind of a strange combination, but I think it works. It is set in no particular time, I left that up to the reader.
Caleb is a leader of a small community that lives in Mount Triune. He is their priest, their warrior and their praise leader. He battles demons, wizards, witches and even the devil himself, he has even time-traveled. Oh, and he only worships the Timeless-One.
I will post some excerpts from "The Caleb Chronicles in the blogs ahead.
