All Power and All Glory

All Power and all Glory:

Still holding his ears, he turned around looking in all directions. Then he fell to his knees, lifted his hands toward heaven, and said in a loud voice,

Oh, Timeless-One! All power and glory belongs to You.

Oh, Timeless-One! You are before time, and You will be after time.

At Your Word, time obeys.

Guide Your servant; lead me down the right path.

Fill Your servant with every right word.

Oh, Timeless-One, all power and all glory belongs to You!”

The above is from, “The Sound of Silence” from, The Caleb Chronicles.

Power and Glory. Have you ever thought about those two words.

Power in Hebrew is; Koach meaning, firm; vigor, force

Glory in Hebrew is; KabodHeavy, Honor: Something that is heavy in weight, abundance, importance or respect.

The last part of our Lords prayer goes, “For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. So, what is being said is, For His Kingdom, His reign, His dominion is His. It is Power, Koach, it is firm, it is a force. It is Glory, Kabod, it is heavy and full of abundance forever. Amen, So be it. And because of this, His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. He will give us this day our daily bread. He will forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And we will not be led into temptation, and He will deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Mat 6:9-13 "In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.

Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.

And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the

power and the glory forever. Amen.

Abundant Life

Joh 10:10  The thief does not come except to steal and to kill and to destroy. I have come so that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Abundant life. Jesus is more than enough.

Of Angels

Of Angels:

Back in the city, Therion called a special meeting of the magicians’ counsel. The counsel consisted of six men. They met in the temple around a circle that was drawn on the floor. A blue glow came from the circle and surrounded the magicians. Therion spoke, “We must get rid of this man tonight! He is very dangerous. He has strong magic. Let us cast.” At that, they began casting spells. They called on the Goat of the Spirit to kill Caleb.

As Therion and the others did their evocations, demons emerged out of the floor from within the circle and flew out of the temple and out of the city. They were heading straight for Caleb. When the demons reached Caleb’s camp, they found Michael and about one hundred other angels standing around it. The demons stopped just outside the camp. Michael saw them and spoke in a sarcastic and demeaning tone, “Now, now little fellows, you’re not thinking of doing anything silly are you? No! I didn’t think so. Now, why don’t you little guys go on back from where you came, or we’ll send you there ourselves, okay?”

The above is taken from, “The Sound of Silence” from The Caleb Chronicles.

There is a story in the Old Testament where a servant saw an army surrounding the city. The servant was frightened and told Elisha about it. Elisha probably was a little frustrated with the servant, so he prayed.

2Ki 6:17 And Elisha prayed and said, "LORD, I pray you, open his eyes, that he may see." And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw; and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.

The Timeless-One, our God and Creator is always watching over us. The Holy Spirit dwells in us to give us power and strength and comfort. Jesus is our Saviour, our Advocate and Captain of the host of the Lord. God has dispatched His host, His angels to protect us from harm and to battle the evil and wicked powers of darkness for us.

Psalm 91:11For He shall give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways.

Mat 18:10"Take heed that you despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you that in Heaven their angels do always behold the face of My Father who is in Heaven.

I believe each individual person has a specific angel sent out from the Timeless-One to guard us, to protect us and to battle against unseen forces that would harm us, physically, spiritually and emotionally.

There are angels all around us, good and bad. The good will always triumph.

King of Glory

When someone finally finds their way home to Jesus, this should be a time for celebration. This, should be a time to party. I bet it gets pretty loud in heaven.
