To the Unknown God

To the Unknown God:

Act 17:23 "for as I was passing through and considering the objects of your worship, I even found an altar with this inscription: TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Therefore, the One whom you worship without knowing, Him I proclaim to you:

This world lives for and lives in,

Imitations, Virtual Realities, Imaginations, the Unreal and Illusions

The littlest of gods, who is the god of this world

He is the god of evil Illusions

The littlest of gods sends out his little gods

To deceive, to blind, to mesmerize, to control

The minds, the attention, the thoughts

Of a world engrossed in the Illusions, and the Imitations

On one of the idols of this world is an inscription,

“In God We Trust” it reads

This God is unknown to this world

Though this is the God that is Real, that lives

The Unknown God is Who we must Reveal

For He is the One Who is hidden by the illusions and the lies

The Unknown God is God

The littlest of gods is an evil imitation

To the Unknown God

I place my trust

Romans 6:6-11

A Last Day is Coming

you and Jesus have got it all worked out.

Consuming Fire

Consuming Fire

“Then the Word reached His hand into the fire and pulled out a flame. He held His hand out with palm up. The flame danced on His hand and neither burned Him nor went out. Then he said,

“As the fire moves like a hurricane,

And purifies all it touches,

The wicked crawls under rocks for cover.

The righteous say, “Consume us.”

The above is taken from the story, “The Psalmus” from my book, The Caleb Chronicles.

Hebrews 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire.

God's Love is an intense and concentrated Love. His Love is focused only on you, only me, only on us. He wants to spend eternity with you, with me, with us. His Love is an intense fire that burns within Him. It is a passion that is incomparable to any other because, He is jealous for you, for me, for us. Just as a husband is jealous for his bride.

Exo 34:14 For you shall worship no other god; for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God,

For yes, our God is a consuming fire. So, then I pray, “Consume me until all that is left is You.”
