Altar of Stillness

Altar Called Stillness:

After Eli’Zur left, Caleb went to the altar called Stillness. In his normal posture, he heart-linked with the Timeless-One. Afterwards, he sang a song.
Oh, Timeless-One
Creator of all
Full of power
I hear the call.
You have no beginning
You have no end
You are wisdom
On You I depend.

The above is taken from, “Black Dome” from my book, The Caleb Chronicles.

Exodus 14:13a And Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD,
Job 37:14 "Listen to this, O Job; Stand still and consider the wondrous works of God.
Psalm 4:4 In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts (meditate) and be silent (still). Selah
Psalm 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

Altar in Hebrew is Mizbeach. It means, “Place of Slaughter”. Altar of Stillness is almost an oxymoron. Yes and no. On this altar we are going to slaughter our worries, or concerns, our fears, our trials, our temptations, our frustrations, our thoughts, our bitterness, and our grudges. We are going to stand still, be silent and listen. We are going wait upon the Lord and listen for His direction, His will, His Voice.

Yes, we need to give the Timeless-One praise and worship. We need to tell Him we love Him and bring our needs before Him, but sometimes we need to be silent and still, and listen.

Stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD,
Stand still and consider the wondrous works of God.
Search your hearts (meditate) and be silent (still). Selah
Be still, and know that I am God;

Go, and find a place with no distractions and no outside noise. Now, be still, search your heart (Heart-Link with the Timeless-One), be silent and listen. The Timeless-One will speak to you, He will tell you marvelous things.

I.H.G.

I.H.G. - In His Grip
One of the creatures spoke to Caleb in a voice that seemed forward and sounded backward at the same time. “My name is Mephistopheles. This
is Lucifuge, and this is Asmodeus. We are the crown princes of hell! We have been summoned to kill you, for you serve the Timeless-One.”
Caleb answered saying, “You cannot touch me. You do not have the power or the authority to do such a thing.”
The man sat still in his protecting circle with his legs crossed in a lotus position staring into the candle. As the three creatures began circling Caleb, they hissed and chanted using a language unknown to Caleb. Caleb lifted his hands, palms up, and had his head tilted back. He said, “Oh, Timeless-One. Rescue me. Show Your awesome power and glory.” At that instant, an intensely bright white light came down on Caleb from heaven like a laser. The light made a pulsing, humming sound. The creatures covered their eyes and cried out in pain. Caleb stood still with his hands lifted, looking up to heaven. Mephistopheles yelled at the man in the circle saying, “Send us back! Send us back from where we came!”
From out of the light and out of the humming came a voice saying,
Caleb, my friend, you are always in My grip.” Then all of a sudden, beams like lasers shot out from the light that surrounded Caleb, slicing through the creatures like a two-edged sword cutting through a wax candle.”

The above is taken from, “The Invitation” from “The Caleb Chronicles”.

Here Caleb battles three demons from hell, summoned by a man that practices black magic.
There are many Christians who don’t believe in demons, which is amazing to me, because Jesus spoke to demons and cast many out of people. I, myself believe the U.F.O.’s and the “ghosts” people encounter are just demons distracting people from the Truth.
The best part of this scene is when the Timeless-One calls out to Caleb saying, “Caleb, My friend, you are always in My grip.” That is encouraging to know. We are never out of the Timeless-One’s sight or grip. He is always sheltering us with is mighty wings. We can take much, much comfort in that. Oh, and, to know He calls us His friends. Wow!

Psalm 73:23 Nevertheless I am continually with You; You hold me by my right hand.

John 15:13-15 "Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends.
"You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.
"No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.

Of Blood and the Worm

Of Blood and the Worm:

Caleb said, “The Holy Verses declare, ‘Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord!’”
Just then, the Word came to them and stood at the edge of the platform where they stood. All fell face down on the floor in worship.
Arise,” said the Word. “Arise and walk.”
Caleb and the others stood to their feet and looked upon the Word. The Word stretched out His arms and said, “Come. Walk in love. Walk in power. Walk in the blood.”

The above is from, “Corridors” from my book, The Caleb Chronicles.
The topic is blood again, only this time let's look at it a little differently.

The word for scarlet in Hebrew is Tolah and Shaw-nee'. Tolah also means; worm.

Psalm 22:6 But I am a worm, and no man; A reproach of men, and despised by the people.
This is a Psalm of Jesus on the cross. Here He calls Himself a tolah, scarlet (worm). Why?
The female tolah worm when it reproduces, climbs to a branch of a tree and bears its eggs on it. When the eggs hatch and become larvae, they eat the body of the mother worm. The worm dies in the process, and a crimson spot is left in the branch of the tree! The scarlet/crimson spot, after 3 days dries out and changes color to pure snow white and falls off and flakes away! Wow!

Yeshuah Jesus willingly hung on a cross of wood. The blood from his battered, ripped and torn body stained that cross of wood, and after three days He rose from the grave, pure and unstained by the blood. His blood now covers you, me, us. We are stained by the blood of Yeshuah Jesus.

Mat 26:26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, "Take, eat; this is My body."
Mat 26:27 Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you.
Mat 26:28 "For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
When we take communion we are acting out the offspring of the scarlet worm. We symbolically eat the flesh and drink the blood of Christ.

Isa 1:18 "Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.

Rev 7:14 And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Of Blood

Of Blood:

When their hands came down, Diana spoke and said, “Who is this king of glory? Who is this you speak of?” Wah’li’si said, “Let me tell you.

He is the creator of the universe.
He is the lover of my soul.
He fills me with His Spirit.
He cleans me with His blood.

He calls to the lonely.
He calls to the lost.
He says, “I love you.
I love you at all cost.”

The above is from, “The Garden” from, The Caleb Chronicles.

Wah’li’si tells Diana, Rhiannon and Lilith Who Jesus is. One thing she says is, “He cleans me with His blood.” Think about that. You are, I am, we are cleaned by the blood of Christ.
A substance that stains, makes clean.
A substance so red, makes white.

Christ's crimson blood was brutally shed, poured out, and spilled. It has covered this filthy, dirty, rotten mound of decaying flesh, and has made it, you, me, us clean, pure and whole. How is this possible? Only the Timeless-One can do this. Only the Timeless-One can make the first, last and the last, first. Make one clean by washing in blood. And take a symbol of a curse and turn it into a blessing.

Only God can;
Take crimson to make something white.
Take death to make alive.
Take beatings and whippings to heal.
And use sorrow to bring joy.

Rev 1:5 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood,

Rev 7:14 And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Of Trust

Of Trust:
The Caleb Chronicles” is about a man that wholly, fully and completely trusts in the Timeless-One, Elohim the Creator God of the Universe and beyond.
Do you ever wonder what that must be like or feel like? To totally trust God for everything, to have faith in HIS will, not ours. To rely on His grace, mercy and HIS will. Not our works, ambitions and what we desire.
We, us, I must come to that place where we realize that the Timeless-One is the One that knows the future, knows what lies ahead for us if we take a certain path. The Timeless- one, our Father in heaven is in complete control . . . if we would just step aside and stop trying to do it our selves.
Pro 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding;
in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

Of Relying On

Of Relying On:

Caleb had decided before he set out on his journey that he would not eat or drink anything until after his meeting with Mr. Wizard. He wanted to keep himself focused and clean, pure in thought and deed, solely relying on the Timeless-One for guidance in word and action.

The above is from, “The Invitation” from The Caleb Chronicles.

You know, so many of us, Followers of Christ have a tendency to rely on our jobs for our financial needs. We rely on our doctors for our health needs. We rely on our spouses, family and friends for encouragement. All that is good, in it's place . . . second place.
Our first and foremost person we should be relying on, trusting in and believing to meet all our needs is the Timeless-One, our Father in Heaven. He will meet ALL our needs according to His riches in Heaven, Not according to the riches of our employer. Is there sickness in Heaven? No, heaven is rich in awesome health. You want encouragement? The Timeless-One is your biggest fan!
The Timeless-One will meet, take care of, and supply ALL our needs according to His riches, His Glory, His Power that is in Heaven

Php 4:19 And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Mat 6:31-34 "Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?'
"For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Pro 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

My Strength

Christ is my Strength:

If your feeling tired, beaten, worried, or just blah. If your feeling like you can't go on, like you just can't take another step or make it through another day . . . I know Someone Who can help. He has helped me on several occasions. In fact He's helping me right now. Actually, He helps me every single day. He is the best friend I have ever had (my wife is next).
He comforts me when I begin to get worried. When I begin to feel lonely, I then feel Him right next to me. And when I think I just can't go on, when I feel drained because of life, He gives me STRENGTH.
His Name is Jesus Christ. He's the One Who gives me strength.

Php 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

The Blood of the Lamb

The Blood of the Lamb:

“Get back to your circle!” yelled Cancer.
“I am not subject to you!” said Caleb with authority. “Look upon us with eyes wide open. Open your eyes and see who you are up against,” continued Caleb. There was a flash of white light, and Caleb and the regime was seen in the flesh as they are seen in the spirit—covered in the blood of the Lamb. The demons in the courtroom started exploding and screaming in pain as they looked upon the blood.
“The blood of the Lamb heals,” said Wah’li’si softly.
“Silence!” yelled Cancer.
“The blood of the Lamb reveals,” said Logan in a whisper.
“Silence!” yelled Cancer again as he stood to his feet.
“What is the matter, Cancer? Why don’t you call on your god? Maybe
he can help?” said Caleb sarcastically.
“The blood of the Lamb delivers,” said Ra’Pha quietly, but it echoed
in Cancer’s ears.
“Satan, where are you?” yelled Cancer. Thunder and lightning struck
the demons as they tried to run.
“The blood of the Lamb judges the wicked,” said Eli’Zur very softly.
Blood began dripping from the ceiling, falling on Caleb and the others. As it landed on Caleb and his regime, they became more at peace and refreshed. But as the blood hit the demons, it was as if acid had landed on them, and they cried out in agony as they melted.
“The blood of the Lamb cleanses the universe of all evil,” said
Christopher with a peace in his voice.
The screams of the demons as they were being destroyed pierced Cancer’s being and made him cringe. “Leave this place, now!” screamed Cancer.
“Not until you die,” said Caleb.

The above is taken from, “Corridors” from The Caleb Chronicles.

“The Blood of the Lamb.” Just reading those words is powerful. As the old hymn goes, “There is power, power, wonder working power in the blood of the Lamb.”
How true that is. Let's see, what is in the blood of the Lamb.
First, Who is the Lamb? Jesus.

John 1:29 The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, "Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

What can the Power of the Blood of the Lamb do?

It heals (Is 53:5).
It remits sins (Matt. 26:28).
It causes us to dwell in Christ and He in us (John 6:56).
It justifies us and saves us from wrath (Rom. 5:9).
It redeems us (Eph. 1:7; 1 Pet. 1:18-19; Rev. 5:9).
It grants us the forgiveness of sins (Col. 1:14).
It sanctifies us (Heb. 13:12).
It cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7).
It gives life (John 6:54).
It is a witness(1John 5:8).
It gives us boldness(Heb 10:19).

The blood of the Lamb is the blood of Yeshuah HaMoshiach, Jesus the Messiah. The Lamb of God Who takes away the sins of the world by the shedding of His own blood is Jesus Christ.
By His beating and the ripping open of His flesh, we are healed.
By the piercing of His brow, His hands and His feet, we are made free.
By the thrusting of the spear in His side we are made clean and spotless.

Oh, the wonder of the power of the Blood of the Lamb.

Been There

Been there:

When morning came, they met at the temple yard. Caleb said a short prayer before they left.

Oh, Timeless-One,

Where we go, You have already been,

You go before us and clear a path,

We walk in Your way,

Victory is the only end.

The above is from, “The Garden” from The Caleb Chronicles.

John 1:15 John pointed him out to the people. He shouted to the crowds, "This is the one I was talking about when I said, 'Someone is coming who is far greater than I am, for he existed long before I did.' " (NLT)

Just a reminder, the Timeless-One existed long before ancient, before time, before all, before anything. Where we go, He has already been. He clears a path for us, so that our way is straight and true.

Isa 45:2 'I will go before you And make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze And cut the bars of iron. (NKJV)

Walking in the way of the Timeless-One assures the victory.

1Co 15:57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (NKJV)

Where ever we are going, Christ has been there. Where ever we've been, Christ was there first.

Look, do you see the twist's and curves ahead of you? Start walking, He'll straighten them out.

Why Me?

Why Me?

Caleb went into the temple and heart-linked with the Timeless-One. When he was finished, he sang to the Lord:

Lord of heaven and earth.

God of the universe and beyond,

Ruler of the galaxies

Lord of host You are.

Caleb then went to his room and lay down on his bed to sleep. Before he fell asleep, he wondered; Why has the Timeless-One chosen me? I am not worthy of His grace and of His love. I am just a man; I am just dust that the wind will scatter. I . . . The Timeless-One interrupted him and whispered, “Hush, now sleep.” Caleb immediately fell to sleep.”

The above is taken from, “Liquid Christ” from, “The Caleb Chronicles”.

How many of us have ever thought or said something similar to what Caleb was thinking; “Why me? Why has God chosen me? I am no one special”, right? I’m guilty. Moses did the same thing, “They won’t listen to me. I am slow of speech, I stutter. Send someone else.” But, here’s the thing, the Timeless-One has chosen all of us to tell the people of this lost world about His Son, Yeshuah Jesus. He has given each of us a special talent, gift, ability to reach people no one else can reach. Rather it is intellectuals, scientist, musicians, meth-heads, prostitutes, atheists’, or those who come and visit your church on Sunday.

We are all called, we are all loved by the Timeless-One (and His love is limitless). No one, no not one is worthy of His grace and love. Yet, we are.

I am just a man . . . but I am His man.
