OIL:
Oil:
Then
one by one, angels came down from heaven and stood by each of them.
Each angel held a golden bowl. Then the voice of the Timeless- One
echoed in their ears,
“Blessed
are you, and anointed. Blessed are you,
and
sealed. Blessed are you, and filled.”
As
the Lord spoke, the angels each dipped their forefinger into the bowl
they held, then held their finger over the person they stood by. A
sweet oil fell from their finger onto each person’s heart. From
head to toe Caleb and the others were covered with the sweet
anointing oil from God. The Timeless-One continued speaking,
“Go
to battle and win. Go to rescue, and save.
Go
to conquer, and destroy.”
The
above is from, “The
Garden”
from my book, The
Caleb Chronicles.
The
word for anointed in Hebrew is, mishchâh, which means to smear or
spread a liquid. The Hebrew word for oil is, shemen, and it means
grease or liquid like from an olive.
In
the language of Scripture, the
word Anointed
is a very
important word. It means the consecrating, setting apart, and
sanctifying, in a peculiar manner, persons or things to sacred
purposes. Therefore,
in a very important
and personal degree, the Lord Jesus Christ, as the Christ of God, is
emphatically called the Messiah, or anointed of JEHOVAH. His name,
Messiah, means this. It is, indeed, the same word in Hebrew, as
Anointed in English.
Oil
in Scripture is symbolic of the Holy Spirit. Those filled with the
Holy Spirit give off light, emanate joy and gladness.
Psalm
45:7
You love righteousness and hate wickedness; Therefore God, Your God,
has anointed You With the oil of gladness more than Your companions.
Isa
61:3
To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of
heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The
planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified."
2Co
1:21, 22
Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is
God,
who
also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a
guarantee.
So,
you
are, I am, we
are smeared, covered, wrapped,
sheltered by and
with the Holy Spirit and Jesus the Messiah, in that we are set apart
from the world as His very own. We now are smeared with, covered
with, and sealed with Light, with Joy and Gladness in that He
saturates us, so
that
All seeps down in to our bodies, into our hearts and into our very
souls. Now, there is no question of who we are, and who's we are.

Of Action:
Of
Action:
Caleb
looked at Wah’li’si and said, “Let’s head back to the
temple.” When they arrived at the temple yard, the Timeless-One
stood in the middle of the yard in the form of a pillar of white
fire. Caleb and Wah’li’si fell to their knees and put their faces
to the ground. The Lord spoke to Caleb. “The heavens rejoice over
your deeds, and the way you serve your God and your people. They say,
‘There’s a man of God, a man of action, and a man of love.’
Heaven knows we can count on you and the people of High Rock.”
Caleb
and Wah’li’si remained kneeling and did not move. Wah’li’si
did not hear the Timeless-One speak. “Caleb, my
beloved servant,” continued the Lord, “the littlest of gods has
sent his disciples of deception to the Village of Fences.” The
white pillar of fire turned dark scarlet, and then the Timeless-One
spoke again.
“Caleb,
High Priest, stand and receive beautiful wisdom. She will burn as the
Holy Spirit burns within you.” Caleb stood and lifted his hands to
the sky, palms up. Just then, the pillar of scarlet fire rose in the
air and moved to hover over Caleb. The Lord spoke with a loud voice
saying, “Receive!” The
fire
fell on Caleb then quickly shot up to heaven.
Caleb
remained there with his hands still lifted high. His hair was
dripping wet with oil. Wah’li’si slowly rose to her feet. She saw
that the pillar of fire was gone and looked over at Caleb. She knew
he had been with God. Caleb brought his hands down. He looked at
Wah’li’si and said, “We must go to the Village of Fences.”
The
above is from, “Liquid
Christ” from The
Caleb Chronicles.
Does
Heaven know, does Heaven see you as a person of God? A person of
action and
of love? Can the Timeless-One the God of the Universe and even beyond
the furthest regions
depend on you? Selah. That's something to think on, dwell on, and
meditate on.
There
is an old cliché that goes, “Actions speak louder than words.”
Faith
is of
God:
Ephesians
4:13
till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of
the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of
the fullness of Christ;
Faith
is a verb:
A word
of action. If we have faith, we act on that faith and move mountains.
James
2:26
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works
is dead also.
Faith
and
love
are
of and
in Christ:
1Ti
1:14
And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and
love which are in Christ Jesus.
1Jn
4:16
And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is
love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.
The
world needs to know that the Timeless-One dwells in us, by our love
and faith in action. Let's not just say we know God, we have faith,
we have love. Let's act on it. Let's show it. Let's live it.
Rom
1:17
For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith;
as it is written, "The just shall live by faith."

Offering of Fire
This is another
song I wrote for my Christian Rock Opera trilogy + 1. The opera is
called, “Of Splendor and Wickedness”, subtitled, “In the Days
of the Reaper”. The Opera opens with a man taken to Heaven and God
showing him how He created the Heavens and the earth. Then, he is
transported in to the future to see the tribulation period and then
finally, the Millennial Reign of Christ and what happens after. So,
here's a song from from part one, “The Awakening”. The song,
“Offering of Fire”
We, have some of
these songs recorded, I'll try to download some and you can tell me
what you think.
Selah, I.H.G.
Song:
Offering of Fire
“I
come into your presence,
I
fall down to my knees,
I
lift my voice in adoration
To
worship my King.
This
heart is set ablaze,
My
praises go higher and higher,
A
sacrifice of praise to you,
An
offering of fire
(Offering
of fire)
To
worship You in spirit,
To
worship You in truth,
That’s
why I’ve come to this place,
That’s
what I’m gonna do.
Let’s
make our voices loud,
Our
praises go higher and higher,
We
worship You, oh-Lord,
Take
this offering of fire
(Offering
of fire)
Oh,
our spirit burns for You,
Hear
your holy choir,
Fervent
praise and adoration,
In
this offering of fire
(Repeat)

All Power and All Glory
All Power and all
Glory:
Still
holding his ears, he turned around looking in all directions. Then he
fell to his knees, lifted his hands toward heaven, and said in a loud
voice,
“Oh,
Timeless-One! All power and glory belongs to You.
Oh,
Timeless-One! You are before time, and You will be after time.
At
Your Word, time obeys.
Guide
Your servant; lead me down the right path.
Fill
Your servant with every right word.
Oh,
Timeless-One, all power and all glory belongs to You!”
The
above is from, “The
Sound of Silence”
from, The
Caleb Chronicles.
Power
and Glory.
Have you ever thought about those two words.
Power
in Hebrew is; Koach
meaning,
firm;
vigor,
force
Glory
in Hebrew is; Kabod
– Heavy, Honor: Something that is heavy in weight,
abundance, importance or respect.
The
last part of our Lords prayer goes, “For
Yours is the kingdom and the
power
and the glory forever. Amen.”
So,
what is being said is, For His Kingdom, His reign, His dominion is
His. It is
Power, Koach, it is firm, it is a force. It is Glory, Kabod, it is
heavy and full of abundance forever. Amen, So be it. And because of
this, His will
be done on earth as it is in heaven. He will
give us this day our daily bread. He will
forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And we will
not
be led into temptation, and He will
deliver us from the evil one. For
Yours is the kingdom and the
power
and the glory forever. Amen.
Mat
6:9-13
"In
this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your
name.
Your
kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it
is
in heaven.
Give
us this day our daily bread.
And
forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.
And
do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For
Yours is the kingdom and the
power
and the glory forever. Amen.
